Likes: The best credit card introductory cashback (for the first 3 months).

Dislikes: cash back only for a full £1 spend, therefore 5% cashback was not really 5%. In my case it was about 3%

Likes: Like the BA miles and helpful customer service

Dislikes: Limited card acceptance but generally better than anticipated, BA miles pricey compared to full fare Easyjet flights

I like the card's paper-less billing and online banking so I can easily see my account and make a payment. It's very nice to see your total cash back balance. Minor but it was a bit of a hassle setting up direct debits for the account because you have to download a form and send via post.

Into my second year with the card and very happy. Cashback is worthwhile, especially the initial 5% offer, and have had no problems with service. Had trouble with one supplier over a small refund and Amex credited my account immediately when I phoned them.

No good if you don't repay your balance each month as interest is very high and cashback won't apply.
